What we can help with

Before you write

Many common answers are already covered in our PDF tools FAQ, including file size limits, supported formats, privacy, retention, guest usage, free accounts, and Premium features. Report a tool problem

If a specific tool is not behaving as expected, please include the tool name, the original file type, the approximate file size, your browser, your device, and what happened after upload. For example, tell us whether the issue was a failed upload, missing formatting, an unexpected output file, a download problem, or a slow conversion. Please do not email sensitive documents unless we specifically ask for a sample file.

Billing, accounts, and Premium

For Premium, trial, cancellation, or receipt questions, include the email address on your PDFBEAR account and a short note about the issue. Do not send full card details. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we only need enough information to locate your account and subscription safely.

Business and integrations

Security and privacy requests
