Questions

How detailed should minutes be?

Record what was decided and who will do what, not every word said. A sentence or two per agenda item is usually enough.

Who approves the minutes?

In many groups the minutes are sent round after the meeting and approved at the start of the next one. Follow whatever your group's rules or constitution say.

We had more than four agenda items.

Fill one copy, download it, then fill a second copy for the rest and join the two with Merge PDF.

Can I update the action list later?

Yes. Open the saved minutes in Fill PDF Forms: your earlier answers are still in the fields, so you can tick Done boxes and save again.
