Questions

How do I work out hours when there is a break?

End time minus start time, minus the break. From 8:30 to 17:00 with a 30-minute break is 8 hours. Write hours as decimals (7.5 rather than 7:30) so the weekly totals are easy to add.

Does it calculate overtime?

No. When overtime starts depends on your employer and where you work, so the form leaves both columns for you to fill in.

Our pay week starts on Sunday. Will it still work?

Yes. The rows are printed Monday to Sunday, but each has its own date box, so fill in the dates that match your pay week and use the week starting and ending fields at the top.

Can a manager approve it without printing?

Yes. Send the PDF and they can sign it with eSign PDF.
