How to fill in the invoice template

Questions

Does the invoice add up the totals for me?

No. The template has no scripts, so every total is a plain text box you fill in. That keeps the file working the same in every viewer, including phone apps and browsers that ignore form scripts.

What should I use as an invoice number?

Anything unique that you never reuse. A simple running sequence such as 2026-001, 2026-002 makes it easy for you and your client to match each payment to the right invoice.

Can I add my logo?

Not inside the form fields. Type your business name in the From box, or open the finished invoice in Edit PDF and place an image of your logo at the top.
